Download the extension (.zip) and unzip it. Open chrome://extensions, switch on Developer mode (top-right), click Load unpacked and pick the unzipped bugsnap-extension folder. Pin the 🐞 icon — then click it on any page and sign in once with this site's address and your account.

Admins see everything in their workspace. Members only see reports routed to their team, and they're the ones who mark them In Progress and Resolved.
